Outdoor Emergency Food Pantries
Outdoor Emergency Food Pantries provide 24/7 access to canned goods for anyone who needs food in an urgent moment. These small, weather protected pantries are located throughout the community and are monitored regularly by volunteers of the CVFB.
The purpose is simple: no one should go hungry because help isn’t available at the right time. Whether someone is facing an unexpected hardship, can’t get to the food bank during open hours, or simply needs a little support to get through the day, these pantries offer immediate, barrier free access to food.
We encourage community members to take what they need and give what they can, helping keep the pantries full and supporting neighbours with dignity and compassion. Together, we’re building a stronger, more caring community—one meal at a time.
